Michael Quattrone is a creative internet technologist with a 15-year background in visual communication design. An expert interface designer, information architect and Web programmer, Quattrone has developed more than 150 Web sites since the inception of the internet. He has been recognized by a score of national clients for his abilty to conceive creative ideas, then translate them into unique technology solutions that also deliver powerful marketing messages.
Quattrone is a pioneer in the development of dynamic new media tools—including database-driven web sites, interactive presentations that blend digital video with other rich media, and online publishing systems. Quattrone also developed a web-based custom content system that enables large groups to undertake "mass customization" of full-color marketing pieces as well as online communications.
His accomplishments have been covered in features in Step by Step Electronic Design; he has lectured at MacWorld and various regional programs for digital designers; and was honored as Apple Customer of the Year in 2000, recognizing his creative approaches to both digital and traditional graphic design workflows.
With deep roots in strategic campaigns, Quattrone has been involved in countless product launches, political campaigns, startup companies, redesigns for Apple Computer, Johnson & Johnson, and Yahoo.
Prior to becoming a founding principal of Unconformity, Quattrone was vice president and chief technical officer at Wickham and Associates, Washington's oldest design firm.
